Before stepping into obedience to Jesus’ Kingdom practices, most people take stock of their assets. Not this man.
“My refugee family was on the beach for an outing. We didn’t have anything, except a soccer ball. Kicking it back and forth, we found ourselves surrounded by others who wanted to play. It dawned on me that all we need to create a small group ministry is a ball, a plan, and the Holy Spirit.” – Sport Ministry Leader from Eurasia
This is not an isolated testimony. It is stunning to watch the extraordinary ways God is using ordinary people who are committed to making disciples of Jesus. They know first hand that achieving the Great Commission objective begins at home. Neighborhoods are their primary mission field. If they are not faithful at home, they have no business going elsewhere.
Workshops That Equip Disciplers
But let’s face the facts. It is time for a reality check. Most believers in Jesus have no idea where to begin in reaching their neighbors with the Good News of Jesus Christ. It is long past time for the Church to leave the safety of the sanctuary and engage the people God has placed in our sphere of influence.
Helping you identify God-given opportunities and enter the lives of the people around you where you live and work is what our Engagement Workshops are all about.
Everybody eats, and everybody plays. There are no exceptions. Disciple Daily can show you how to leverage these universal activities to leave your home and enter the places Jesus wants to be known. It’s as simple as playing a game, enjoying a meal together, and having eternal conversations.
Let Disciple Daily show you how to get started and succeed in the disciple-making adventure. Start acquiring essential skills and strategies by bringing one of our Engagement Workshops to your congregation or small group community.
