Dalí Jácome
THE FELLOWSHIP 2021-22
Hola everyone. My name is Dalí Jácome, and I’m from Poza Rica, Veracruz, Mexico. I completed my degree in Geological Engineering at the Instituto Politécnico Nacional in Mexico City. After I finished my degree, I felt I wasn’t called to start the career my degree prepared me for, so I started praying about it. I was willing to explore more of what God had for me and I applied to a Christian Camp in Vancouver Island named Qwanoes. They accepted me and I stayed there for almost 2 years. I learned a lot about God through all the kids and friends that I made there, but the most important thing is that my personal relationship with Him grew exponentially. That was what made me keep going in this journey, and gave me the desire to continue growing and working for the ministry.
When I heard about ‘’The Fellowship’’, I thought it was a total fit for me because, while we are learning the storyline of the Bible, we are having community life and learning from each other in the team like Jesus with His disciples. This blog is a way to express what I’m learning weekly, and I’m hoping to encourage you guys with some of my stories because that’s what Jesus did. He would tell stories that talked about God to teach the gospel. Even if this is like a journal for me, it’s my way of sharing with you all the wonderful things God is doing in my life throughout this program.
Hasta luego.
